Tele2 Play needed to compete in a saturated market while supporting content libraries across seven devices. Users struggled with content overload and slow time-to-watch, while the internal team needed a system to scale design consistently within a complex telecom ecosystem.

I co-led the creation of the platform with a heavy focus on Design Systems Architecture to ensure long-term scalability.

System Ownership: Developed a flexible design system supporting motion and hierarchy across mobile, web, and TV.

Discovery Patterns: Designed scalable content discovery patterns for large libraries.
